- Sourcing the profile relevant to the requirement from job portal
- Screening, short listing and conducting preliminary HR interview Co-ordination with the technical panel and SBU Heads
- Handling end to end IT Recruitment.
- Salary negotiation
- Follow up till candidate join.
- Maintaining Daily and weekly MIS reports.
- Salary: 10000 – 16000 pm
- Understanding the job description
- Work Experience: – Minimum 6 month in it recruitment
