Job Description:

1. Responsible for Full Life Cycle of Recruitment and Interviewing of candidates to identify qualified candidates based on skills, knowledge, education, experience, etc.
2. Should be able to recruit by using various channels of recruitment.
3. Expertise in Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Hiring, Negotiation, Post offer Follow up.
4. Responsible for negotiations with candiates etc.
5. Responsible for counseling all candidates on job opportunities, recruitment techniques, interviewing skills, and career paths.
6. Responsible for identifying recruitment sources and maintaining contact with eligible candidates throughout the recruitment process.
7. Responsible for campus recruitments.
8. Should have expertise in mass recruitment(Both IT and Non-IT)
9. Handling the multiple positions.
10. Handling induction and orientation program of new joinees.
