Job Description:
- Responsible for Full Life Cycle of Recruitment and Interviewing of candidates to identify qualified candidates based on skills, knowledge, education, experience, etc.
- Should be able to recruit by using various channels of recruitment.
- Expertise in Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Hiring, Negotiation, Post offer Follow up.
- Responsible for negotiations with candiates etc.
- Responsible for counseling all candidates on job opportunities, recruitment techniques, interviewing skills, and career paths.
- Responsible for identifying recruitment sources and maintaining contact with eligible candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Responsible for campus recruitments.
- Should have expertise in mass recruitment(Both IT and Non-IT)
- Handling the multiple positions.
- Handling induction and orientation program of new joinees.
