Job Description:
- To support its expansion plans in India and globally, ASTL is expanding operations and is recruiting freshers as software engineer trainees
- Selected candidates shall have to undergo a training program of six months and after successful completion shall be inducted into the organisation and deployed on ongoing projects of the company as java software developers at ASTL’s Delhi development and delivery centre and other development centres across India or offshore and shall report to the Team leader.
Freshers who are Btech,MCAs,M.Sc.(IT), MBA(systems) from 2008,2009,2010 batches with an academic record of first class throughout career can apply.

they are taking 2 rounds after online exam nd online exam will be given by the candidates from there home no center for online exam ....nd aftr that 2 rounds one is GD the topic of GD is why young person wants to become a software engineer.
ReplyDeleteif the candidates is get selected in GD then he/she will move to next HR round there HR executive will ask u some very easy nd normal questions like tell me abt urself , then where do u see urself aftr 3 to 4 yrs , wats r ur strength nd weakness etc. nd aftr that if u ask abt bond condition then she told thet before joining the company u will have to deposit a DD of certain amount whcich will be returned to u aftr deducting the training charges aftr the completion of bond period , nd one more thing aftr 8 to 10 month training period ur training will be assessed by team leader nd id he will recomend u in company then u will get the final position of software developer in company otherwise bye bye.
one more thing they say ki company nasscom me listedd hai par yesa nahi hai
