- Candidates should have good communication skills with pleasing personality and should be willing to travel
- Prior experience is desirable although not essential
- To develop new corporate clients through telephone, emails and personal meets
- Well educated, Well spoken, Preferably with M.B.A in HR / Marketing. Should have flair in developing corporate client independently
Desired Profile:
- Freshers or experienced with a minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment or administration can apply.
- Possess strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and excellent team management skills are perquisites. Person should be apart of Coordination as well with our clients.
- Should participate in training sessions for fresher students in developing their inter personal skills.
