Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
We are recruiting for the positions of Technical Support Engineers.

Job description:

• Provide on-line telephonic technical support.
• Work effectively with our support partners to provide the highest quality & competitively priced support resulting in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Quickly diagnose/triage issues and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work in night shifts.
• Candidate must possess:
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills

Job Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Any graduate.
Preferable: BE/BTech/MCA/ Diploma 10+2+3 (2010 Freshers)
