Job Description:
- Excellent Communication Skill in English
- Willingness to Work at times during Night Shift.
- Technical-basic knowledge of Hardware/Networking/Operating System and basic computer troubleshooting methods.
- Non Technical-Technical knowledge is not mandatory
Desired Profile:
- Voice/ Non voice Support to US/UK Customers.
- Involves Handling Technical Calls/ Non technical.
- Resolve queries related to Hardware & Networking.
- Requires the associate to help the customers with any queries relating to products. (Both Tec/Non tech)
