Desired Profile:
We are looking for-
- Graduates / Post Graduates / Diploma Holders with any exp
- B.E/B.Tech graduates with an aggregate of less than 55% and must have prior voice exp for a minimum of 6 months.
- Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible
- Fresher or experience in voice-based technical support
- should have knowledge of troubleshooting in Internet support services for clients
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
