• Training and Development (analysis of training, need for training, how to design effective training, whom to train, designing different training modules, how to take feedback, feedback analysis etc.)
• Performance Management Systems ( what is PMS, attributes, designing an effective PMS, rating the PMS of the company, different parameter based on 360o degree feedback, balance score card, etc.)

The training provided at TheSkillMill is not like any other training where you just get trained, it is more on process perspective from industry point of view where the training environment is more or less virtual on-the-job training.
