IT Walk-in drive is being planned for freshers on 14th Jan 2011.
No need to forward the profiles to recruitment team. Candidates to walk-in directly to Max 2B, 6th floor on 14th Jan 2011 before 10:00 AM.
Prerequisites
- B.E/B.Tech with 0 to 1 Year experience – either 2009 or 2010 Batch pass out should be from CS/E.C.E/Electrical background only (No MCA and other branches of B.E/B.Tech)
- 50% and above Marks accomplished in B.E/B.Tech
- Candidates can walk-in directly to Max 2B, 6th floor, with their profile. Cutoff to walk-in would be 10:00 AM.
- Aptitude test would be conducted. 1:1 technical discussion with short-listed resources
- Candidates should mention the Person Number of BACI Resource referred – to get referral bonus once candidate selected

ReplyDeleteThis is sura,i have turned up on the day of drive...being such a big company i have never expected this sort of organization...Its really poor added to this another employees behavior made me comment like this...Because many people have turned up from far places,it would be better if u would have told it earlier that only first come and first serve will be there,rather you have just mentioned the timing... Coming to me,i have been shortlisted and then i was taken near the parking place at the ground..I don't know the name of that employee,but i am really sorry to say this,that his attitude was not at all good to the students who have turned up.Added to this there was again a screening going on where that employee has just said that my communication skills are not good at all and i need to work on it still.I cant say how those sort of people will be there in such a big organization.I have presented many technical papers and anchored my college annual day and cultural fest.This really made me disgusting...I don't wanna point on the company because of one such person...even the guy behind me was shocked(even he was rejected)as that employee has said that i need to work on my communication skills,though i have presented my best....It would be better if he has said that its a referral walk-in so better luck next time... I am really sorry to point out this... Hope it wont repeat in near future....thanx...
