Job Description:
- Provide voice based customer support to Domestic Customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing one stop customer service.
- Managing and updating customer accounts and database.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Graduates / Undergraduates / Diploma Holders in any stream (B Tech, BE, MCA, MBA are not eligible)
- Candidate 18 – 32 Yrs old must possess -
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good typing speed.
- Zeal to learn and grow.
- Confident and self motivation attitude
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24 X 7 working environment.
