J2EE- Experience: 3-4 years of experience.
Skills:

• Core Java, J2EE, Java Scripting.

J2EE-Technical Lead- Experience: 4.5 - 6 years of experience.
Skills:

• Ability to handle project modules single handedly.
• Should have worked / knowledge on different platforms.

Blackberry- Experience: 3-5 years of experience
Blackberry/J2ME – 2+ of experience

• Understands technical and functional design requirements
• Experience in programming using Core Java, Struts framework, J2EE, EJB, XML, XML Schema, XSL, XSLT.
• End to end knowledge on Designing, coding, and testing
• Proficiency on Software Development Life-Cycle
• Strong in SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience in Windows, LINUX

Network Engineer- Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

• Wireless network architecture. Knowledge of CDMA/UMTS wireless architecture.(3GPP, 3GPP2, AAA..etc.)
• Streaming Protocols. (RTSP,HTTP,MMS).
• Should have thorough understanding of Network / Datacentre Architecture.
• Work with telecom operator to resolve complex network problems with media streaming/ IP related.
• Hands on experience with Network Monitoring / analysis tools / linux command line tools.
• Network Security.
• Core Technologies (Switching(L2 and L3), architecture, routing protocols, & WAN Access).
• Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite and variety of standard networking protocols/methodologies (IPv4, IPv6, UDP, ARP, IGMP, PPP, PPPOE, VLAN, NAT, ALG, etc).
• Experience in troubleshooting and isolating end to end network connectivity issues using MTR, ping, traceroute, and other tools.
• Good knowledge on Networking protocols like RADIUS, Diameter, LDAP, GTP, GRE, MPLS, etc
• CCNA Certification is Mandatory.
