- Provide IT support to Remote Agents.
- Setting up a network for the remote agent where he can answer the calls.
- Analyze the issue and come to an understanding that the issue is within the support boundary.
- Perform the troubleshooting
Desired Profile:
- Should have a degree in any stream.
- Should be ready to work in rotational shifts.
- Should be feasible for working on weekends.
