Job Description/Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Experience in Leading team for 1-2 years
- Experience in Linux
- Good Understanding of trouble shooting & Linux Commands
- Strong experience in interfacing of external devices like Storage, Networking and backup devices
- Adequate Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX Platform, and strong fundamentals
- Experience on the following layered products(in two or more) of the following products is Mandatory
- Loading of software, Networking, TCP/IP, NFS, NIS & DNS.
- 1 to 2 years of Linux system administration
- Should be able to provide L2 support on Linux with at least 2+ yrs of relevant exp on Each OS

- Manage the Tivoli Infrastructure and the monitored estate by performing regular checks on the Infrastructure servers, resolve issues with gateways, managed nodes etc.
- Manage the Tivoli endpoint environment by resolving heartbeat issues, DM/ITM monitoring engine issues etc, duplicate and isolated endpoints.
- Perform Tivoli decommission tasks when endpoints are taken out of service.
- Check the TEC server for event flood issues and take necessary actions
- Install Tivoli code on the servers and commission them by subscribing to profile managers
- Perform User Administration tasks like creation / removal of Tivoli admin IDs
