Position Title : Associate Financial Services Consultant
Function : Bank Assurance & Alliance
Position Reports to : Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Role Purpose: ® Achieve Sales target.
® Through direct Marketing ,worksite, corporate, telesales
® Prospects Clients
® Generate leads through own contact
Key Accountabilities
1. To achieve sales target
2 Generate business and business potential
3. Coordinate with branch operations in order to ensure timely processing of Policy/application forms
4. Gererate leads Person Profile:
Education BackgroundPost Graduate / MBA /Graduates
Any other job related skills required e.g. software programs, Excel
Graduate with min. 1years of sales experience.
Should know the geographic spread of the location. Should be mobile to travel within city limits.
Years of experience : 1-3 Years Total
(Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of Exp)
Industry Exposure: e.g. Consumer Durables, ITConsumer Durables, Financial & Banking, Insurance industry. FMCG, Pharma, Direct selling, Mutual Funds etc
Type of Experience : E,g retail sales, market research etc.Should have some sales experience and good acumen for sales.. Good communication and team managing skills
A. Essential
Sales Skills and acumen, good self-presentation and communication. Should be mobile to travel within city limits .

B. Desirable : NA
Personal Attributes Good communication, presentation, formal dress for interviews. Some understanding of Insurance Industry and ICICIPrudential
