TITLE : Financial Statement Associate
Openings: 40
CTC offered: 1.8 Lac- 2.8 Lac per annum
Education: MBA (Finance) with 65% Aggregate
ACCOUNTABILITIES (Duties may include but are not limited to):

• Review and input financial statements (e.g. income statements) and rent rolls (i.e. listing of all tenants and various information regarding leases) from commercial properties (such as hotels, apartments, office buildings, etc.) into database system.
• Will be responsible for calculating and analyzing certain ratios regarding the performance of the commercial properties.
• Must be able to identify certain variances in the calculations and provide analysis comments regarding the property.
• Will be responsible for preparing certain reports in Excel and Word.
• Will interpret complex loan documents to determine financial statement requirements of borrowers.
• Perform other duties and task as assigned by Management

Experience/Education/Technical Skills Required:

• Minimum of MBA(Finance)
• Must have familiarity with financial statements and accounting basics with a strong mathematical aptitude
• Must be proficient in English, in both verbal and written communications
• Must be analytical with ability to research and resolve problems
• Must be PC literate in MS windows environment with strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Must be able to read and comprehend loan documents
