Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day systems administration tasks
• Perform both onsite and remote Server tasks end-to-end
• Participate on regular scheduled meeting with clients and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide daily and weekly reports as per customer requirements
• Must ensure customer deliverable on time as requested by client
• Ensure that knowledge base is updated constantly with new articles
• Perform Server Administration in your capacity tasks as requested by Customer
• Perform with ease all NOC tasks end-to-end.
• Provide escalation services to NOC team
• Perform upgrades of server operating systems and software tools
• Comply with ISMS Policies
• Must work night and weekend shifts in a 7x24 environment
• Must provide on-call support

Desired candidate Profile:

• Any graduate with Solaris 10 certification is preferred
• Knowledge on Shell/Perl scripting
• 2 year commitment is required.
