Should have experience with Java, JUnit, EJB, JSP, Servlets, MDB, Struts, Spring MVC / IOC, Web Services (SOAP / REST), Oracle, SQL / PLSQL, Agile Methodology (IVY/ANT/MAVEN), Build tools
Application development using SOAP web services
Application development against the Oracle database with in depth knowledge of SQL and PL-SQL
Spring Framework / Integration
JMS and UML

.NET
Should be strong in OOPS, Hand on experience in web of windows applications using Dotnet framework 3.5/4.0, Hands on experience in Asp.net, C#.net, Win forms, WCF, WPF, XAML, WWF, Silverlight, LINQ,etc, Experience/knowledge in Entity frame work, XML ,XSLT, Jquery, Json, Hands on experience in Sql Server and/or SSRS
PHP
Sound knowledge of PHP, MYSQL Sound knowledge of OOPs concepts Design, Development, Unit Testing, Analytical capabilities, accurate working style and a result-driven approach; Experience in web site development using LAMP Interacting with Business Users for Requirements gathering Participate in Technical Review Meeting
Windows
Strong experience on Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 Operating Systems In depth knowledge on Active Directory Infrastructure, group policy etc. Strong Experience with AD migration. VB scripting skills to modify Directory objects and skill to write powerful automated scripts Should have complete command on DNS server concepts and implementation Knowledge on Internet email architecture and email flow and hands on managing Microsoft Exchange Good experience in Implement and Manage web server technologies like IIS 6 & 7, Apache, Jboss Good knowledge on PKI infrastructure i.e., managing SSL certificates. Good verbal and written communication skills
