Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer
Experience : 1 to 5 years
Profile:
- Strong knowledge in Asp.Net, C #, Ajax.
- Strong knowledge in SQL Server 2005 / Oracle 10g.
- Experience in developing application software.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to understand and resolve performance related issues.
- Ability to manage software release process.
Experience : 5 – 8 years
Profile:
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft technologies: ASP.NET, C#SQL Server / Oracle.
- Experience with a business application in the BFSI domain preferable.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage and guide a team.
Experience : 2 – 7 Years.
Profile:
- Hands on experience as a Business Analyst in IT (preferably product and not services) company which caters to BFSI domain clients is MUST.
- Excellent written and oral communication is must.
- Must have done at least one implementation in previous job
- Should preferably have experience in loans or leasing sector of BFSI domain
- Should be willing to travel overseas.
- Requirement gathering from client
- Will be a consultant to streamline the client process
- Need Gap analysis
- Should document system requirements in a fashion where they can be understood by a development team (writing functional specification)
- To respond to RFI / RFP requests
