Major Responsibilities:

• Perform daily backups, data recovery, and all associated reporting.
• Install configure, and maintain storage hardware and software systems
• as appropriate.
• Education and Typical Years of Experience
• Should have knowledge on TSM Server/BA Client/TDP SQL/TDP Exchange/ TDP
• Oracle Implementation/Administration and troubleshooting techniques on
• AIX/Windows/Linux
• Responsibilities include providing 24 X 7*
• Audit application backup policies and environments to ensure integrity
• of backup and recovery activities
• Actively and pre-emptively determine possible faults and causes by the
• execution of pre-determined health and operational checks.
• Hardware /software fault detection and vendor liaison Liaise with
• customer accounts as required
• Analyze and resolve escalated problems within target
• Candidate must be prepared to work within a team on a standby rotation
• for 24x7 support of customer systems
• Should have desired Operating System Skills (1+ Years of relevant
• experience Required).

Technical Skills :

• IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Server on Windows & UNIX.
• IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Database (Oracle, DB2, SQL etc).
• DRM using Tivoli Storage Manager
• Tape Library
• Problem Determination & analysis skills
• Excellent team working & Positive Attitude
• Ability to quickly assimilate technical & non-technical

Education:Any Graduate.
