candidates who can speak and understand US accent

• Good judgment and decision making skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with additional
• knowledge of other foreign languages or dialects being an added bonus
• Distinctive problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Good knowledge of world geography/general knowledge/current affairs
• Flexible to work in a fast-changing environment
• Data management skills will be an added advantage
• Should be customer-service oriented, self-directed, motivated and a
• driven performer
• Work experience in any calling processes is an added advantage

Responsibilities :

• Review user generated content from across different geographies/languages
• Educate users to improve quality of user generated content on Google Maps
• Work closely with Google's UGC Geo products policy and quality to build
• new/refine existing processes
• Understand and respond to user queries, complaints, feature requests on
• an user help forum
• Collaborate with a global team to help build User Help Center
• documentation/content
