We are glad to announce the start of SPAN Internship Program (SIP) Batch-1 for the year 2012.
Objective of the Program:
Objective of the program has always been to encourage young talents, groom them according to SPAN culture, working methodology, and to provide the right opportunity to explore and gain professional experience. This program enables the candidates to hone their working skills and enter the IT industry.
Benefits of the Program for Trainees
We are looking for graduates - B.E / B.Tech (All Branches) / M.C.A / M.Sc degree holders 2011 pass-out and preference will be given to those who have undergone training from the reputed training institutions.. The duration of this SIP programme will be for three to four months.
The entrance test of 1-hour duration will comprise of General Aptitude: Analytical, Arithmetic, Verbal & Reasoning.
Successful candidates will be called for an interview before being inducted into SIP 2012 Batch -1.
Employee Referrals
As an introducer of the candidate, it is the responsibility of the employee to enter the requested details in the application available on the Intranet. As a Referrer (SPANite in this scenario) need to sign the Service Agreement as surety. We are imposing this strictly as we have seen in few cases no commitment from the candidates. Also candidates needs to submit original mark sheet once he/she selected as Trainee Software Engineer.
