Job Description :

• Fresh B.Com, BA, and BHM graduates (2011 batch only) with good academics
• 1-5 yrs of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice support to International Call Centers via telephone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical & decision making skills
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
• Flexible to stretch as per business requirements
• Effectively answer inbound telephone calls from US clients
• Willingness to work in late night shifts

Educational Qualification: BCom, MCom, BA, BHM
The following candidates need not apply:

• BE / B.Tech / MCA/ MBA
• Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company
• Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience
