Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and respond to customer queries via phone, email / online chat
• Ensure all contacts are documented using the tracking tool
• Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Preferred skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Upbeat, strong work ethic and excellent attendance
• Typing Speed - More than 25 WPM
• Flexibility to work in shifts

Academic Qualifications: Undergraduate and above in any stream.
Years of Experience: 0 - 4 years working experience desired
Type of Experience: BPO experience will be a plus, freshers are also eligible.
