• SHOULD HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH.
• ANY GRADUATES BE/BTech with any % Fresher/Exp GRADUATE/PG.
• SHOULD HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE ON COMPUTERS & TROUBLE SHOOTING.
• SHOULD BE READY TO WORK IN ROTATIONAL OR US NIGHT SHIFTS.

Profile:

• Technical Support: Trouble Shooting for Networking, hardware etc
• Sub-Functions: LAPTOP, DESKTOP & PRINTER SUPPORT, Microsoft outlook, Outlook Express, Operating system.
• Core Technical Support: Solving queries for US/UK/customers and handling inbound calls..
