Hi Friends,
This is Sharanya working in Syntel. There is a referral recruitment
drive for freshers of B.Sc and BCA candidates, 2012 passouts.
Eligibility:

• B.Sc/BCA graduates – 2012 passouts
• Having an aggregate of 55% and above in 10th, 12th and graduation
• No current backlogs
• Candidate must not have gap in his/her education (more than a year)

Process:

• Aptitude Test (includes logical and vocabulary)
• Technical Interview
• HR Interview
• Interview result declaration
