Job Profile:
- To make outbound calls on online data.
- To make outbound calls on Seminar/ Activity data.
- To make outbound calls on select cold data (good quality/ expensive data).
- To handle all inbound calls – ads, sms activity, hoarding etc.
- To generate walk-ins from calling, counsel & register.
- To handle direct walk-ins and register.
- To represent college in various seminars, events & fairs to counsel the students for enrollments.
- To ensure that registered students are kept well in touch & turn up for the entrance.
- To handle the entrance test process & ensure students satisfaction before they leave.
- To follow with students, their parents and ensure final enrollments.
- To actively be in touch with the current students & alumni to generate referrals.
- To bring out innovative ideas & links that would help in achieving the set target.
- The candidate must be aggressive and target oriented.
- The candidate must have good communication and presentation skills.
- The candidate must be enthusiastic and go getter.
- Exposure in Customer Care, Tele calling, Outbound process would be an additional benefit. Freshers may also apply.
Salary : 10k-15k p.m.
