Eligibility Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.C.A/M.
Sc (Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE) with excellent academic records
(70% & above marks) – 2011 / 2012 / 2013 pass outs only .
Salary : 5.26 Lakhs Per Annum (43,833 INR Per Month) + Performance Bonus

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Must have coding skills
• Strong analyzing abilities to understand requirements
• Must write programs for Testing tools to test the program end to end
• Strong abilities to learn technologies like Perl, SQL, and Linux and involvement in the code review
• Work with developers and engage with them in providing solutions
• Ability to understand coding and conventions and policies
• Capability to explore design algorithms, write test cases, perform test execution and derive test results, and ensuring for high quality delivery
• Must be flexible to learn and understand Companys code base to test different functionalities from customer point of view
• Effective communication skills (Written and Oral) are required since the individual will have to interact with counter parts in India and US frequently
• Must have accountability and commitment for quality delivery

Overview of Software Analyst in Test : The Software Analyst in Test (SAT) will be part of the QA Development Team based out of Chennai and will be responsible for reading and understanding Code and Schema, derive Test Cases from programs, Test execution and Automation Tools development, and to follow the quality standards and measures established in the organization. This role requires a good understanding of white box testing to read and understand the code and test complex algorithms. This includes writing test plans and writing scripts for automating the critical test cases. SAT will need strong analytical skills to understand the business to do careful testing since the business involves confidential & sensitive data.

Not necessary, but will be added advantage if the candidates possess knowledge in the following areas:

• Perforce, UNIX, and Oracle etc.
• Programming skills in Perl, Java script etc.
• Strong knowledge in Test Life Cycle
• Understanding the basics of release processes
• Knowledge in US healthcare domain
