We are hiring Fresher’s Engineers, find the bellow JD.
 
Role: Support Engineer
Job Purpose :
Responsible for the addressing issues raised by Clients on priority agreed internally or with client and bringing the issue to logical end.
Qualification:

• BE / MCA / BCA with good academic (65% aggregate)
• Any Training in Customer Relation, added advantage

SKILL Set:

• Good communication (Verbal, Written and Listening) and documentation skills
• Good Analytical and resolving Skills
• Aptitude for customer service
• SQL Server knowledge is must

Experience: Fresher or one year experience
Principal Accountabilities:
Resolving the issue raised by client, following up client for closing issues. Logging issue in System on receipt of it through mail or telephonic conversion.
Key Job Activities:

1. Logging the issue on ITS
2. Picking up the issue from the system.
3. Resolving the issue as found to be fit.
4. Following up with client to close the issue.
5. Common Issue reported by any Client, to be applied for other clients as well.
6. Product Walkthrough to Client as when required.
7. Liaison with other teams to resolve the issue or escalate it.
8. Awareness of each client’s SLA.
9. Following the process implemented
10. Suggesting on process improvement
