| What we are looking for: |
Associates for Premium customer care process (Voice):
- Graduation in any discipline [completed a minimum of 15 years of education]
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (should meet the minimum requirement of 63 in Versant Voice assessment)
- Proficiency in computer skills
- 6 - 18 months of experience in an International call centre is preferred, however freshers are also welcome, provided they are able to clear the Versant test
- Proficient in Hindi and/or one or more south Indian languages, such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
- Self Confidence, Customer Centric attitude and willingness to work in any shift
- 5 days a week, predominantly day shift
Associates for Premium E-mail / chat support process (Non-voice):
- Graduation in any discipline [completed a minimum of 15 years of education]
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (should meet the minimum requirement of Written test)
- Good typing skills with 90% accuracy
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Self Confidence, Customer Centric attitude and willingness to work in any shift
- 6 days a week, predominantly day shift

| What you can expect: |
Compensation best in the industry
- 2.36 to 2.76 Lacs per annum for Premium customer care process (Voice)
- 1.44 Lacs per annum for for Premium E-mail / Chat process
Transportation will be provided for logins between 8PM - 8AM
