Candidates must have good Verbal and Written skills.
- Should have Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have proven experience in US Staffing as Bench Sales.
- Should have US market awareness and good network in IT industry.
- Effective strategic thinking, search skills, cross group collaboration, are necessary.
- Should have maintain strong data base of Direct Vendors contacts
- Should have strong skills in searching social networking sites.
- Strong organizational, time management and relationship building skills
