Eligibility:

• B.E/B.Tech-IT/ECE Graduates with 75% & above
• No history of arrears
• Only 2010 pass out male candidates can apply
• Candidates with additional qualification like Diploma in Computer hardware and MCSE /MCSA/ MCP /Lotus/Linux certification will be preferred.
• Knowledge in OS,OSI layers,& protocols will be an added advantage
• Should have good knowledge Basic Database installation / Configuration
• Should have Good Communication Skills
• Willingness to work in Rotational shifts.

Job description :

• Custodian of Servers/desk top/ applications.
• Deploy/install contact centre Applications (both internal and external)
• Responsible for continuous function of all servers, Desk tops and applications
• Improve and monitor Front desk data integrity with respect to Systems
• Time to time update of ADS/DNS entries, security patches.
• Implementation and maintenance of Antivirus tools/ proxy servers / security applications.
• Implementation of Administration policy for all applications/servers
