Eligibility Criteria :

• 2011 Batch - MCA / B.Tech [CS, IT, EC, EEE].
• 70% and above in 10th, 12th, Degree [for MCA] and B.Tech / MCA.
• No current arrears/backlogs.
• Not more than one year of gap between academic years of study.
• Open to students from Kerala Colleges Only.

Selection Process :

• Screening test on Tuesday, 15 February 2011.
• Students who clear the screening test will be invited for Online test on 16 February 2011.
• Interviews for shortlisted students on 16 February 2011.

Note: The score obtained in the screening test will be used as a parameter for shortlisting for further companies.
Salary & Other Details :

• Designation – Engineer Trainee.
• Training period – 3 months from date of joining.
• Stipend during training – Rs. 15,100 per month.
• CTC – Rs. 2.75 LPA – Rs.3.25 LPA depending on training performance.
• Training bond agreement of Rs. 75,000 for 15 months.

Confirmation / Hall Ticket :

• Online Confirmation for screening test will be open from 05 February 2011 onwards.
• SHREDS [Login / New Registration] to confirm for screening test.
• Hall Tickets for shortlisted candidates will be available on SHREDS login by afternoon of 15 February.

All the candidates should bring the following to test venue :

• Writing Pad.
• Two copies of RESUME.
• Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists.
• Three copies of passport size photographs.
• Rs.100/- to be paid to SHREDS towards processing fees.
• Gum / Stapler.
• Any Photo ID [College, DL, PAN, Voters]h
