• Qualification: Any graduate (Except Post Graduates & B.E/B.TECH/BCA/MCA/MBA)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills is a mandate
• Must possess Analytical and Problem solving skills
• Experience: 0-36 months of experience in Text Chat or Email support or any other Banking/Back office experience
• Strong PC and keyboard skills covering MS Office is preferred
• Must be flexible with night shifts, we work in 24 /7 environment with rotational shift and rotational weekly offs
• Rounds Of Interview: PIR Interview - Written Test - HR Interview - Ops Interview
