Job Description:
- SQL Coding experience: Medium to High : 5 years experience as an Oracle SQL developer; Code complex Procedures, Functions, packages, create tables/views, indexes, sequences, triggers, materialized views, AQ, Jobs, Synonyms.
- Tools used: TOAD, SQL Developer , ER-win
- Oracle Database Experience: the candidate must be primarily an Oracle experienced SQL developer - and not a SQL developer for another Database; Familiar with Oracle Objects such as System Tables, Redo logs, Tablespaces, min/max increases, multi-threading.
- Troubleshooting experience: Identify potential enhancements in the explain Plan Table for a given query, being able to optimize and tune queries.
- Warehouse development experience: Design and create schemas that support warehouse and star schema for a high volume multi-threading applications.
- Migration experience: Generate SQL scripts for DB objects, validate scripts, submit DB requests and follow up.
- Fast Learner and multi-tasking
- As specs change frequently, the candidate must be able to be simultaneously be working on DEV changes/testing, while keeping track of QA testing, and UAT and PROD migration requests and troubleshooting.
