Role: Operations Analyst
Amazon.com TRMS Operations Analytics is a fast paced environment where every day brings new
challenges and opportunities. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for building operational
metrics and working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy reporting systems.
Primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining highly Available, Accurate Real time metrics that are used 24X7 by Operations teams.
• Leverage Amazon.com Data Warehouse platform to get access to critical business information to cater to the needs of the business
• The analyst should be detail-oriented and must have an aptitude for solving unstructured problems.
• Ability to work in a self-directed environment. Take ownership of projects and tasks and drive them to completion.
• Support the team products operationally. Help debug and troubleshoot any operational production problems.
• Write and maintain user documentation

Qualification/ Knowledge and Skills

• A Bachelor degree in B.Tech ( 70%  or above )
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel Skills.
• Knowledge of Unix as user.
• Experience or knowledge in a computer programming language (C/C++/Perl/SAS preferred) or
• working with reporting tools like OBIEE is a plus.
• Basic knowledge or experience in working with SQL and databases
