  • Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
  • Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy
Customer Service Associate (Non Voice)
  • Good spoken English and Excellent written English
  • Meticulous and process oriented
  • Polite and customer service oriented
  • Able to comprehend customer queries and provide the relevant resolve
  • Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
  • Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 90 % accuracy
Minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the above positions:
  • Age: 19 to 55 years of age
  • Graduates/Undergraduates with or without Experience
  • Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits
  • Rotational Shifts, 5 day working
  • Joining Date: Immediate
  • Job Location: Bangalore
